If this word art gonna be the replacement for the cureent logo then it's really a downgrade. It even has no background. Also the mono-coloure design is just so cheap. 10 year anniversary and we are accepting this? Seriously?

Edit: I feel like the L and S need to be a bit bigger, the middle of the words seem to stand out too much compared to initials IMO.
it's actually pretty good, it can be put on a lot more things with less effort.
"Maybe this proves that riot has given up on League" Yes. This logo, this random ass logo that means actually nothing to the game itself PROVES undoubtedly that Riot is giving up on league and it will die because of it! You people will complain about literally anything and it's incredibly annoying.
but its an objectively good logo. the current one the letters are all out of proportion and hard to read. Backgrounds on logos are generally a terrible idea since the 2000s unless you're using saturated primary colors which league doesn't. this one gets straight to the point, it's clean, and still contains league's iconic yellow shade all while fitting in a rectangle. the engravings on the letters provide interesting detail if the eye wants to look for it, while not taking away from the shape of the letters.

I biggest problems I have with it are:
There is no way this is going live in this current unfinished, unpolished, and under-designed state.
I'm less focused on the logo, and more focused on the current state of the game. Of all things to make a huge deal over, a logo is at the bottom of my priorities.
Aside from the fact that the new logo looks worse, Riot missed a great opportunity to get the community involved in the design of the logo. There are so many talented content creators in the community, and Riot should have announced a contest for the creation of the new logo. Then the community also would have had the chance to vote for the best design. That would have been the real community involvement, not the one that "come and join our 10 year celebration". Riot dropped the ball on this one, they need to be much better in the PR department.
