Can we get Leona out of the bottom lane

Nearly everything down there besides Sona is either a extremely hard counter, or a soft counter at the very least. She already clears healthily with good enough speed(within 3seconds of a Nocturne clear).

Revert her Q change that happened along side runes reforged. in otherwords, bring back her Q's damage, and reduced CD per rank rather than the 6s at all ranks that it is now. Currently rank1: 10 damage 6s CD. Old rank1: 35 damage 8s CD. -0.5sCD per rank. and damage was higher.

Increase the missle speed of her Zenith Blade, its not keeping up with mobility creep. And make it castable on large minions(Cannons, supers, Large jungle creeps)

Just make her a jungler already.

Shield of Daybreak (Q) Procs Sunlight on targets hit.

Leona isnt even playable unless Thresh and Morgana are banned. and even then shes just viable, not "good".
