I didn't see any Rune changes
I heard that Riot was looking into revamping the Rune system in the preseason, but I didn't see anything on that in the page.
Did Riot put that to the side or am I blind?

But as mentioned below, revamping the entire rune system needs a lot longer to complete than 2 months during preseason.
