@Meddler The Heal on certain items have become a problem.

Both Teemo and Kai'sa to name a couple become almost invincible and even tanky due to building Hextech Gunblade as well as their normal damage builds. This combined with the excessive heal shield and any other healing runic increase breaks the game. This item really needs to be looked at. Maybe specifying the type of damage instead of making it a hybrid item or lowering the percentage of healing. 15% isn't much until they get crit items or higher ability power items and then it becomes massive healing.
