I feel like the new Eve is Under-powered.

You have no escape other than your ult or flash and the ult has over 100 second cool down (which i guess was made to be fair?). Unless she builds up items/gets an early lead, you do next to no damage. You can't spam Q as fast as you'd want to, I mean the cooldown for it is short but it should be a little bit shorter. All her damage is locked behind her Lust Dust ability combo'd with the rest of her kit. You do next to nothing if the enemy is grouped, especially late game since you'll be spotted immediately and one shot by the "adc meta". She's also super squishy when even just clearing jg camps too, and super squishy in general. That's just how I feel about her after trying her out in a few games. What are your guys' thoughts?

It is a tank, ardent adc meta she will die instantly

It's not a good meta for her. On top of that, Eve's been reworked a bunch of times and she's never had an escape

I haven't had a chance to play her a full game, but just in the practice mode it seemed like her early jungle clear is significantly faster than it was.
