So a little advice is needed for me

How do you deal with tilt, other than taking a break? I mean I climbed from Bronze 3 to Silver 3 98 LP with around a 60% win ratio and a 85% winratio on Kassadin, and now I'm kinda at a stalemate in Silver 4. So I dropped a rank. But I'm finding it very difficult to deal with tilt. It's just very hard when you constantly see your bottom lane being 4 man ganked and decimated every single game, and it's hard to countergank cause they do not war. No one likes to ward in silver I guess. But anyways back to the point, should bot feed how is the best was to come back and carry? Roam? I try that too but it's usually warded and they see me coming, again it comes down to clearing bot lane wards which I can't really do effectively from mid lane, should I just wait it off? Thanks.
