Wards level 1 buy

Can we have it so that if you buy lens accidentally and then switch to trinket at level 1 you don't have to wait for 2 mins to be able to use it?

I tend to ward for my jungler to keep vision of w.e buff he doesn't do first. This prevents me from doing it. Doesn't happen often, but it makes no sense to me.
