Seriously. As if what they did to Veigar wasn't bad enough, they release TWO hyper-mobile champs right after each other, who have no issue avoiding his abilities. Now, even with the "buffs" to Veigar, he's still useless. Every champ he used to counter can now counter him, and even immobile lane opponents can avoid both his CC and his AOE W.

I know what you're going to say: "But an insta-stun has no counterplay!" That thing was all that was keeping Old Veigar alive! And he still had counterplay! What really galled me was people saying that everything in the cage NOT THE EDGE LIKE THE ACTUAL ABILITY DOES was the stun area. He's not Annie, people. He doesn't have two AOE stuns. In fact, he doesn't even have the stun now, because everyone can avoid it easily. So people in Korea were playing him as a Support. Have people easily forgotten how much terror ANNIE brought to the role? Or when Taric was top-tier?

And stop acting like the AP changes are going to help him. They may short-term, but watch Riot gut him again like most of the other AP champs in the following patches.
