quickcast delay + showing range indicator

I have a few different accounts. Recently on ONE of my accounts I have noticed that the range indicator is showing while I have quick cast enabled (Mundo Q) and it's appearance during casting seems to be adding a delay to my cast.

Any ideas whats going on here? I can relog on to another account using the same computer and it is not a problem, so i don't think it's a sticky key or anything like that. I'm puzzled.

Settings - Hotkeys - Uncheck the "Replace Quick Cast with Quick Cast with Indicator in the quickbind UI" option there This can be done even from within the client
