How do I play against Tanks/Assassins bot?

I wanted to smooth out my roles so I'm trying to pick up ADC but 1/3 things happens.

~10% of games - I lose lane due to lack of match-up knowledge

~40% of games - Top hard fed some dumb af tank that is walking right past my front line and no matter what angle I play or how long I wait to follow up they auto turn and flash on me w/ little resistance or punishment from my team.

~50% of games - Mid fed some dumb af assassin like zed that is literally afk until I show and one shots me.

My match history, lost 2 games because of me fully. Lost lane. Lost 2 games to a 15+ kill zed. Lost 1 game to a fed sej+sion flashing onto me. Lost 1 game with a fed GHOST nasus and trundle diving me. Lost 1 game where I was 8-2-4 but everyone on my team was like 1-8. Lost 1 game to a fed sej and 12+ kill yasuo. Lost 1 game to a fed kayn and regular camille flash ult.

Counterplay??? The assassin games wouldn't engage unless I showed and my team would lose if I didn't show. The tank games were able to insta-turn as soon as I showed w/o any peel or resistance from my team. My plat adc friend watched some of the replays and basically said "yeah no way to win that" so I thought I'd come here.
