A Fun Build You Should Try Before Runes Reforged

Not sure how many people have been paying attention, but there was a new addition to the game a few patches ago:

Malphite W - Brutal Strikes Passive - While Granite Shield persists, the armor bonus from Brutal Strikes is tripled (90% bonus armor at rank 5)

So, all runes are currently 10 IP, and you get a full refund of any runes you purchase between now and the preseason.

I went and bought Scaling Armor Quints, Scaling Armor Seals, Armor Reds and Armor Blues.

Take Fearless, Legendary Guardian, and the first mastery that gives 5% bonus armor and MR.

Go into a game and get Cinderhulk into Ninja Tabi...those were my only items and I had over 250 armor with my passive up at level 7 or 8. It is ridiculously fun.

Remember, Malphite gets damage on his Brutal Strikes and Ground Slam based on his armor.
