I don't like the Soraka changes on PBE so far.

Where is the incentive for accurately using Q and hitting a champ with the center circle? Is the 1 sec delay still on Starcall? The tool tip is missing this info if it still does....

It sucks that Riot is nerfing W. Soraka has to do 10% hp true damage to herself and pay a mana cost to use a heal skill that is basically the same as Nami's heal. But Since Nami's heal bounces, does damage, and doesnt deal 10% true damage to herself Nami has a better heal now..........

Soraka and Nami's heals are nothing alike.
