Idea to change Veigar's Dark Matter into something better but not change it too much.

So yes this is another one of those ideas that is basically a copy paste from dota but why not make his Meteor more like the Chaos Meteor of invoker.

Instead of hitting the ground it will now role on the ground for a distance and perhaps leave dark matter in its trail which will damage enemies that are in it for say 2 seconds after the Meteor leaves an area. The point of impact would do the most damage but this would allow for the ability to be used in other ways.
