Is the Minor Rework Chogath's rework on Surrender at 20 Counted as His "rework"?

I remember When Riot Listed

They are done with: Now they are working on: Here is where i am really Confused, Riot listed Tank Roster rework that will make 4 or more of Full tank Champs having their rework while tank roster happens. Does that mean In tank roster we will see reworks and get done with them already? That'll leave us to only Next year. Let me know guys.

I thought, it was a minor update. Similar to how they changed Warwick a few times before reworking him completely, or, Ryze who was changed throughout the years and got a proper rework.

ya i can tell but idk Tank roster is in this year, and Every Roster reworks 4 champions with big changes. So it feels like the 4 Tanks they listed will get their listed rework done in tank Roster. Same what happened to Rengar, Kata, Lb and Talon, They said they are trying to give them another type of balance past 2 years. When the assassin Roster came up, 4 of these counted as fully reworked. Warwick is different because warwick is not tanky, He is a diver juggernaut and jungler, doesn't belong to Tank, assassin, mage,marksmen or support roster, so i think any of his type such us Divers or juggernauts will get fully reworked 100% Looking at Skarner Volibear Renekton

They're actually going for 3 reworks and sejuani is already confirmed as one of them

Yea, not sure where Riot is going. I would love to see newer tanks being used. Despite the Yorick rework very few play him.
