Syndra W transcendent passive change

I can't speak for most Syndra players but I'd prefer if Syndra could have her W radius increased by 50 units upon reaching max rank instead of dealing 20% bonus true damage.

The reasoning behind nerfing her W radius was that it was too good for setting up ganks in the mid lane and was hard to lane against, but it seriously hindered her ability to make use of her W in a team fight. By the time Syndra maxes out her W laning would already be decided or over by that point entirely. I mean her W won't do any damage at all if the Radius is too small to reliably make use of it in a team fight anyways.
