Evelynn out of the jungle and into a lane.

So I wanted to make this suggestion on how to make Evelynn work in a lane with a minor tweak. Rihght now If you take Evelynn into a a lane, she will not deal dmg to minion at all. I understand the reason behind this. Its the wave clear. If her Q did the same dmg to minions as jungle camps, she will be busted. I understand riot has been nerfing all wave clear this season, but what I want to suggest , doesnt have anything to do with wave clear.

All Im asking is for Evelynns Q, the initial part, tha one that she throws the skill shot, get buffed. If this part gets buffed vs minions, she can last hit. The rest of her Q (the spam part) still does reduced dmg to minion, so herwave clear is in check.

Right now, her Q can even last hit a minion with 20 HP. You will be falling behind, in terms of farm, real fast. Evelynn in mid lane does very well against champion taht DASH towards her, like : Yasuo, Irelia, Ekko ....

Im making this suggestion because I dont like to play jungle. And Evelynn is my favourite champion. Also every other jungler can work in the mid lane, because they dont have such reduced dmg to minion like evelynn. I dont want to be forced to play jungle, in oreder to play my favourite champion. Pls , I beg you , look into this .....
