Option for Night Time ingame

Wit the current map , it feels like its always day time. Can we get an option in Settings, for Night Time ?

I watched a montage where somehow the guy made it night time in the game. And looked very good.

Twisted Treeline is permanently in "Night mode" and nobody has ever complained about clarity,

Why would Riot give us a snow Summoner's rift then? And allow and promote the use of snow themed skins on that map? Doesn't this fall under "clarity issues" too, according to your logic?

"Clarity" is not an excuse and is not and should not be a problem. If you want the same old green rift all year for 5 years now, that's fine. But alot of us would prefer something personal, customized and more easy n the eyes. Hence the reason why "Night" mode should be a must!
