League's been out in China since at least 2013. If there was censoring, it would have occurred already.
1.) HS censorship is for the Chinese market, for which League has technology to make separate splash arts/models and 2.) Riot is already getting eaten alive by western SJWs whenever they dare to release a female champion/skin that is wearing anything less than a hijab (see: Kai'sa/Pool Party Zoe) while ripped shirtless guys are totally fine.

Look at the Chinese version of Karthus and the NA one. Names are chosen with most other languages in mind, as to not have it offensive.
Lmao, censoring cleavages is a western specialty and has always been, it is not something China remotely cares for, or at least certainly not any more than the western industry.
There is a reason why in the Chinese release of Mirror's Edge back in the late 2000s, China went into controversy of sort by ADDING extra boobs mass to the game's protagonist Faith on the cover art.

it wasn't for the Chinese market, because China has its own art team. see: Chinese art for skeleton knight. if something is changed in the western market, it was for the western market.
hearthstone is rated T for Teen and that art was indecent.
