In-game voice chat in League

When will Riot start to consider this? Of course people can shut off the voice chat and what not but somehow pings and typing have proven ineffective at reaching the minds of teammates. I cannot count how many times I ping and type in a civil manner for my team to "wait for me" or go to a certain location, or even share the enemy location, and my teammates seem to completely ignore it.

I'm sick and tired of unresponsive teammates. I want to know I'm not playing with mentally incapacitated people, I want to know that they aren't having a stroke while we are playing. If people are toxic they can just get reported, but seriously, voice chat is a must.

Personal opinion:

No it's not. I've played Dota 2. Having lived through the myriad of "suka,blyat", bad radio music and high-pitched screeching constantly yammering verbal abuse, i welcome the silence. Plus, it's easier to rage when you don't have to type it. Just imagine having the players that actually take the time to type "get cancer and die" insults spewing it at you directly. Typing it and seeing it typed leaves behind a detached feeling, yet many can't handle it and fight back. Actually saying it "in your face" gives rise to a more personal, involved, empowered screaming match.

Your list would then be full of ignored people and as such will cause more harm than good if enabled.

Do you not know how to disable voice chat in settings? If you are too much of a softy then disable it, but a lot of people want to communicate
