Suggestion for Twitch: Passive to E + New Passive
##E - Contaminate
- (NEW) Passive: Twitch's basic attacks deal bonus true damage over 6 seconds equal to 0.24/0.27/0.3/0.33/0.36 of his basic Attack Damage. This effect stacks up to 6 times.
- Semantics: Twitch deals physical damage to all nearby enemies based on the amount
of Deadly Venom stacks--> passive stacks they have.
##(NEW) Passive - Back-Slash
- Passive: When Twitch attacks a target in melee range (175) he slashes them instead, dealing bonus physical damage, stealing a portion of their Movement Speed and blinding them for 1.5 seconds.
- Claws: Back-Slash counts as melee strike for all effects that are interested in such a thing.
- Damage: 10/15/20/25/30 physical damage (levels 1/5/9/13/17)
- Damage Ratio: 0.1 Total Attack Damage
- Movement Speed Steal: 15/20/25/30% for 1.5 seconds (levels 1/6/11/16)
- Back-Slash: Damage and Slow are doubled when attacking the target from behind.
- Static Cooldown: 12 seconds
##Q - Ambush
- Surprise!: When Twitch leaves stealth, the cooldown of Back-Slash is reset.
##R - Rat-Ta-Tat-Tat
- 2 Snipey 4 Me: While Rat-Ta-Tat-Tat is active, Twitch can not use his passive Back-Slash.
##Soooo .... What this does is give Twitch an anti-"I-got-jumped-and-there-is-so-much-CC-OH-MY-LORD-aaaand-I-am-dead"-situation passive. When XIn or Wu or Quinn or Vi or Zed jumps you, you scratch their eyes out and run to a secure location to get your ult off.
However, you can also use it to assassinate people better. You sneak behind someone, scratch them to apply a 60% slow and proceed to make cheese out of them. That is, you shoot holes in them.
But when your Rat-Ta-Tat-Tat is on, it's the point of no return. Now you have to think about when to use it or not, because as soon as you have, you don't have your escape anymore.
Lastly, it might be a good tool for kiting situations.
