Sona Rework: Consonance (Thanks to RedCyclone for the inspiration)

Recently I saw a post about a sona rework, based off of timing abilities through a second resource bar under her mana that would pass over a sweet spot that when hit would buff them, decreasing if missed. This would give her a much needed buff, as well as complexity to her somewhat faceroll kit.

However, concerns were brought to attention as to how this meter would distract from focus on the lane, and I'd like to propose an idea with a timing mechanic, that would not only allow versatile builds and ability maxing, but would add extreme depth to her kit.

I'll start off with the word in the title that this kit would be based off of: Consonance. In music the term consonance is used to describe groups of tones that are harmonious when sounded together. So, why not think of Sona's abilities as a tone?

Let's say we use Sona's E, which for those of you who don't know is her movespeed boost, and for those of you who do know, is seen overall as her weakest ability. Now, let's say that now, her E is a tone, but still very weak. Well, what if we were to combine her E with her W? What I propose, is giving Sona a window, logically a brief, but impactful, period of time where her next ability would have a bonus effect, depending on her previous ability that was used.

Here's the general idea:

Q+W= qW W+Q=wQ Q+E=qE E+Q=eQ And so on.

I do also realize that significant number changes would need to be made, but I haven't a clue on how to go about those. I'm still developing this to some extent, and gladly would love suggestions. What would her ult do to abilities? I also understand that power cords and how they would fit into her kit are probably a concern, which is why I'm posting this here.

I'll update this as I develope it, as well as ideas from critics as well. Even if a rioter doesn't look at this and think "oh wow, this is great we should make this asap" which I seriously doubt will happen. What I do hope, is that if a rioter looks at this, they will see an organized, thoughtful, and constructive post (No "wow they did this so wrong their so dumb" posts please!) on what we as Sona players, and the community, think is important for Sona thematically through gameplay, which, if, and hopefuly when they decide to change her, they have a great source of info.

Try something like this:

Passive: Harmonious sounds Sona may use up to 2 abilities simultaneously triggering special bonuses based on which two abilities are used. QW: Allies Gain Increased Health and Mana regen for the next 3 seconds QE: Allies gain Phasewalking for the next 3 seconds and Slow enemies they pass through. WE: Allies gain stacks over the next 3 seconds as they move. Once the Duration is over, they release a slow in an AoE based on how many stacks they have

QWE all remain the same otherwise,

R: Power Chord (Only renamed) Active: Sona releases a powerful chord in an AoE, causing all enemies hit to be stunned for X seconds and Dance during that time.

PASSIVE: Sona's Powerchord can be enhanced based on which ability she used last. Q: Sona's Powerchord Does bonus damage to enemies in the AoE. W: Sona's Power Chord heals for X% missing HP for all allies in the AoE. E: Sona's Power Chord stuns for X additional seconds.

Sounds neat, but be careful not to wander into "Invoker" complexity (a.k.a. Burden of Knowledge), as Riot hates that when it relies too much on people studying a Champion's mechanics thoroughly to even fight it.
