Klepto just seems like a really bad idea

They reverted Kog Maw... and before that they admitted that the Skarner juggernaut change was a flop, but they have yet to do anything about that...

It's against company policy for Rito to admit their mistakes. Cause if they did so, they'd actually have to fix them. Or not, if that thing about Skarner is true. I guess it's a matter of pride then, they just don't want to lose face, even though they already have.

I like klepto. Feels like playing enchantress and using her hexes in injustice 2 and using her trait. You cant block the hex but you can back dash it but there are situations where you HAVE to take it and she can burn a bar to turn it into a combo starter if you try to stop her.

Its dives a random debuff and each are strong in their own way but it is gated by luck which requires you to adapt to the situation which is another way of showing your skill.

Klepto is gated by chance and requires you burn resources to use it. That is it's draw back. Its fine when you have to hope you get something to help in the situation. If change the amount at which you can use it to use it less then whats the point in taking a non damage/defensive that offers random utility over the much more safer and less random but more telegraphed choices? Klepto is weird and is very different and the first of it's kind to be in league and thats FINE. It's value depends on the champs used and the players that play with those champs and many different variables so calling it op in every case isnt fair.

Before anyone says "you play klepto , why should I listen to you?". I played her with dark harvest on pbe before the E nerfs and that was my favorite way to play her. I am using klepto on her like so many other cause it works great on her. She has a way to proc it consistently and make more use out of it compared to others and thats FINE. Same can be said about these champs> and thats FINE.

If you noticed the champs that use klepto either have a oppressive laning phase or a really safe one. Klepto makes their laning phase that much more oppressive or safer and thats FINE. There are champs besides these 3 that have VERY oppressive laning phases or safe ones that match the level that klepto provide and in some cases surpasses it but no one asks for changes nearly as much cause in most cases that champ is grandfathered in.
