when we look at others the only problem we can find is that they delete ppl too fast for them to react of leave no room for interaction
zed is indeed diferent but did anyone ever though how that interacts with his powerbudget ?
-you can remove his ult with items, but has enough power to rely on it only for gapclosing and quite a low cd (lowewr than zhonyas qqs or whatever can you get)
Sure you can remove his ultimate with items but he forces you to forgoe all other items to build these items as fast as you can to have the power to remove his ult. NOT A SINGLE CHAMPION IN THE GAME FORCES YOU TO FORGO YOUR ENTIRE BUILD TO STOP THEM FROM DOMINATING YOU AT 6.
-he needs to go into a meele range without any invisibility and stick to you for 3 seconds, so riot gave him enough power to be able to pop out after 1,5 seconds and just wait for explosion which will kill the adc
He has 2-4 dashes he can uses to get into range and one dash that allows him to follow you even if you flash out of range. Not only that but hes packing flash too for a total of 2-5 dashes total. Also he only has to do a certain amount of damage before he can back out to safety and his ultimate does the rest for him.
-hes meele and can be bullied in lane, he gets a skillset allowing him to effectively outragne mages while farming and poking
Good luck poking a champ with infinite wave clear and unlimited resources. He will out push you and he will not have to go back to get more mana or rely on blue buff to do this.
-his skillset is complex, but he has enough raw power to stand up to you once he fails something
So on top of infinite wave clear, forcing players to itemize against him as early as possible, and his multiple dashes you are telling me that even if he messes up he can still win the fight anyways? Do you see where i am getting at?
and most of his counterplay can be summarized like this, he has a weakness so he gets pumped up to the point where you cant exploit it
He has so many strengths that his weaknesses are a moot point. Even if he does fail all he has to do is get a kill or 2 and he will suddenly snowball wildly. He is also one of the safest laners in the game.
am i the only one who kinda finds it a wrong kind of reasoning behind his ballance ?
I dont think there is many champs that have gotten as much hate as Zed has except for Nidalee who to this day i still hate dealing with and i am sure a ton of people do as well.
