Un ranked Players in Gold Matches?

So is there any type of reason why I'm getting Un Ranked / Players in their placement Matches on my Gold matches?

ITs kind of hard to try and climb in gold when I get these players and they just get steam rolled in their position due to lack of experience.

I was curious is there a reason for this? or is this just ranked bug that will hopefully get fixed in season 10?

Unranked players can be in any elo, their starting elo is actually based on their overall elo not on placing in the beginning in silver somewhere and climbing up, that's how pro's always get to challanger so fast, they don't actually start out in silver they start out 1 division under their rank last season.
