Throw away Accounts are Becoming a Serious problem.

So Recently i've noticed that Throw away accounts have become a serious problem with this game. I can't even go 2 games in with out having Some on Spam flaming or Int feeding up a storm, only to find out shortly after that the player is a account lvl 34 with 50 or less mastery.

Riot you seriously need to do something to keep this out of ranked, because getting demoted cause you have multiple games in a row with people like this gets old and is piratically un-winable when you get a 24-3 enemy mordikizer that gets super fed because your jungle and top are int feeding as a duo queue
