Who can justify Kai'sa's existence/current state of balance?

ADC mains believing she's fine

She's overly strong, but players still suck at her.

The adc pool is very shallow in comparison to Every other pool in the game. The fact that there is now an adc who can afford to go ability power means that compositions like zed yasuo lee sin aren't as punished, making one tricks of AD champs more viable as a result. ADC was also lacking a champion in the role who COULD be an efficient diver. This meant that we were dependent on others to take out squishy targets entirely but now have an option to help our team in that way as well.

She's over buffed right now. Expect nerfs.

Can be 6 kills down and still duel pretty much anyone... I joke about how you just jump in and bash Q until everyone dies, or at least enough your team can clean up. imo they are just changing the game too fast and there are more champ/rune balance issues than ever before.

She got somewhat overbuffed, as Riot tends to do.

She'll probably see small number shifts.

However, part of it is just people not knowing how to fight her yet. That's how it generally is right now:

  • Release patch: Seems week. Might be a bit weaker than should be.
  • Next patch: Riot buffs them, as people learn them more at the same time. Their winrate overshoots 53%.
  • 2 days later: Champion hotfixed.
  • Following patch: People learn how to actually fight the champion, as Riot nerfs them.
  • Fourth patch since release: Either they'll be re-buffed or forgotten.

I justify it by banning her. Every game.
