Ardent Censer is broken. You don't have to choose offense or defense. You get both.
This item buffs your shields/heals and it also gives your carry like half an item worth of offense. So you don't have to choose between different ways of supporting. You get the two best possible things, better defense and better offense. It makes ADCs power spike much harder in midgame and it also pushes out other support itemization.
The longer this meta goes on the more people should realize how broken Ardent Censer is.
