Meddler Telling us that vayne has clear weaknesses

Weaknesses like can't 2v1? isn't good in the 7 first minutes of the game? low range but who cares about low range when your enemies can't reach you? attack speed reduction which isn't even a counter since like CC it counters every ad carry and give us less reduction than armor does against physical damage, or health against true damage?
