Basic Tank Runes?

Dont have tank runes, really should get them. I already have armor yellows and MR blues. Im guessing health % quints and health reds but i'm really not sure.

Hybrid pen reds and either MS or AR Quints. Tanks deal a lot of mixed damage (and by that I mean a lot of their damage is mixed) so the hybrid pen increases your damage more than AD reds and health reds aren't terribly good. AR quints are just pretty good and MS quints are good for jungle/low mobility tanks.
