Make a Melee ONLY Last Whisper made for AD casters

Since the old LW being remove, its making AD casters have a REALLY hard time dealing with these tanks. Yes I know that they shouldnt be able to kill tanks anyway, but they are useless against them atm. And you notice this too by adding a new AD assassin item to the game, but it can either be balance or just broken. If this is the item to replace the old LW, then I saw I rather have the old LW.

Maybe have a stat line :

Built from long sword + Lastwhiper

Full cost 2550g

(Melee ONLY) 45 AD 30% armor pen of bonus armor 40% armor pen total armor on physical damage spell damage.

ad casters and ad assassins are targetting adc and other squishies.

why do you think its ok for an assassin to 1 combo a tank?

mages complain that they cant bust through a tank, even thugh they have enough utility to stay relevant even against tanky targets. assassins complain that thy cant 1v1 tanks.

here is the thing. if everything can just blow up tanks, then there is no such thing as a tank.

I never said blow a tank, I said so they can atleast do some damage to them. This is a nerf version of the old Last whisper. And atm tanks are pretty stupid, Mundo Tahm Shen Malphite Sion.. urghh its like a wall of doom trying to damage them if you dont have true damage. And not to mention they all do damage as well, whats the point of picking an AD caster if you can have a tank that can do the same amount of damage just takes 3-5 seconds longer

AD assassins can't kill tanks who build armor?

They are making an item in PBE that made Zed one shot malphite, Zed is actually bad imo atm I get it Riot, but that item is not the answer... 75 AD 10 armor pen and a passive thats basically an execute Zed ult... and it also refresh its cd if it kills the target.

Atleast this lw would make ad casters playable but not too over bearing like it used to be since AA wont be able to attack through armor.

Total Cost: 3250 G Recipe: Serrated Dirk + BF Sword + 850g +75 Attack Damage +5% Movement Speed UNIQUE Passive: +10 Armor Penetration UNIQUE Passive: Basic Attacks on an enemy champion apply Nightfall (120 second cooldown). This is already in the PBE, unless you guys want this item to be release that not only kills tanks, but also kill squishies even faster. I rather have a nerf version of the old Last Whisper that can be used on most champions then this item that is op just because of the stats it provides
