Fizz changes in 7.5
So with patch 7.5 came changes to 
They basically buffed his QW up a decent amount while nerfing the latch range of his R. I agree the R needed the latch range nerf because it felt bad to be hit by. Until last game though when I tried to play fizz, I didn't realize how reliant his kit was on the bullshit latch range.
It feels horrible to use his ult now. I'll max range ult only to have it fall an inch short of their back line and just sit there. They'll be basically brushing up against the circle in the center, but it won't latch on. Now it can't even latch if they walk over it when it's on the ground either. I'm not saying he's underpowered now, but it feels REALLY bad Ulting as him and trying to hit anyone with any kind of boots.
Unless they're already trapped and cc'd, Hitting the big shark probably just won't happen. This means that the changes to his R in the assassin update are now a nerf, as the shark damage was lowered until long range. The power transferred to his basic abilities isn't going to change a lot when you can't hit a fish. If you were able to get into their backline and just combo the squishies, you didn't really need any more damage and you were probably going to win anyway.
Could we potentially Revert the buffs to his Q or W and keep the latch nerf, but instead up the missile speed or something?
Anyone have any thoughts on it/suggestions?
