Can we not cry "open mid"?

I'm so fucking tired of people calling "open mid" when we're barely behind. Score is 5 to 7 and they have FB tower? who gives a shit about comps, let's open mid. One lane pisses the jungler off? who gives a shit about everyone else, let's open mid. Died once? open the fucking midgates. I've had people cry or this literally 5 out of my last 7 games.

Someone tried to tell me 4 kills, 1 drag, 1 tower, and rift herald behind the enemy team meant we were 7k gold down. Disregarding the fact that better cs across he board, he truly believed that those objectives were equal to 7k gold. Guess who was crying all game about opening mid until the very end where we won?
