Ex. talon,akali,kat, zed, fizz. Is it all about positioning? I mean i am proud to admit that i went an entire game as Jhin (unrelated) without the very fed enemy annie touching me in a 50 minute game. There are times where kiting them is just not an option.

early mid game, fight with Ult from long range. Late game Jhin put damage any assassin.

Convince someone on your team to take exhaust in addition to your support because double exhaust means someone will have it up every fight for the assassin and they'll be useless. Have your support faceroll their keyboard to peel for you.
