Ackelope4 votesErm, "tooltip no longer mentions" means it isn't listed on the ability's description, that doesn't mean that it isn't still actually reduced. I'd wait a bit and hope that's the direction they're taking it in.

junglerboy161 votesAccording to the same source, it was just a tooltip fix.
Apparently it hasn't been that way for a looong time already. Jungle rumble is just as good or bad as he has been for quite some time.
