ARSR is a fun and innovat--

Oh wait you can get the exact same experience from a custom game.

You know what would be neat? If other things in ARSR were randomized. Such as jungle camp spawns in the jungle, Bush placement, and other things like that.

At least spice it up, guys.

Random item paths? Random forced skills? Make it random!

Like anyone ever does that many custom games, let alone customs on a random setting with 10 human players.

Also, considering that it's Summoner's Rift, what's your mind going to lean more to: playing it by the meta that you know? So you have no authentic jungler: who takes a smite or does anyone take it for that matter? We can't have 2-1-2 lanes like bots?

There's quite a bit of innovation to it but that's overlooked because of the given majority of the community being absorbed into one distinct way of playing. If it doesn't tickle your fancy to be thoughtful and imaginative, then it's not a gamemode for you.

What innovation? You just get random champions in a normal game of Summoner's Rift.

Think about it. What is a Normal game of Summoner's Rift to you?

Everything that is this game mode sans the randomness of champions?

The oney change is random champions.

That's something anyone can do with a custom game or just by hitting the "random" button in Blind Pick.

There's nothing special or even innovative about this mode. It's a for-fun game mode. Crank it to eleven.

Clearly you didn't read my first comment entirely. Nor did you really answer my question as I was expecting you to.

It's innovative in the sense that in what world would you see an unlikely composition on SR and not call it trolling? That's the point. You're now playing the game with what you get in the roll. Not just one lane with a bunch of teamfighting and not molding yourself to a meta where there has to always be that dignified marksman, dignified jungle champion with a smite, etc etc.

Random forced items is a thing called "Ultimate Bravery;" look it up. Random skills takes more complication than the original Doombots of Doom. One already exists and the other is not as appetizing as it seems.

I'm aware of what Ultimate Bravery is. I've been a member of this community twice as long as you. One doesn't exist as a game mode, but a custom game mode (SORT OF LIKE ALL RANDOM???) but there's so much more you could do with "All random". Like I said with bush and jungle spawn locations.

I don't think you're getting my point at all. I don't care how long you've been a member of the community. But since you bring that to light, you should at least know then why this is innovative enough in the current way the game is played! You just want to add more to it to what you think would be suitable when those ideas are kind of bad.

Randomizing camp spawns is lame. Spawn positions is just bringing back The Teemoing in a different way. And we already have random dragons.

Maybe being around that long and seeing the same thing all the time makes me want to play a game mode that isn't "It's SUmmoner's Rift, but you can't pick your champion"? If your game mode is literally "That thing people do in Customs, but as a game mode", maybe that's a little silly. There's no reason Riot can't or shouldn't up the ante with this game mode. I understand you want it to try and make people come up with ways to play that they didn't use before, but think about how fun it could be with some more extreme randomization. You think the idea is bad, and that's fine. I think you prefer a more boring game type for a rotating special game mode.

a new method, idea, product, etc. <------- figured you could use the definition of innovative since you seem to like misusing it so much. This game mode is neither "innovative" nor fun bud.

Your opinion. We've been done with this conversation. Move on

That sounds awful.

I actually enjoy it, I'd forego the ARAM mode in favor of this one any day. Although the amount of AFK's that plague this mode really cause me to get very grumpy, I do enjoy the weird comps that come out of this, certainly lets me play champs I've not played before or play at all, and that's a plus overall because I get to experience parts of league I haven't yet or don't get to very often. This mode is certainly interesting, although I do like the idea of random jungle camps, though the dragons are already random. I can imagine though going to scuttle and it being a wandering blue buff ^_^
