@Riot: Blitzcrank's New Tooltip Improvements

Liking the Blitzcrank changes, but there are a few things that he'd really benefit from showing in his tooltips:

• Current strength of the mana shield (as more than a percentage).
• Current damage of E (as more than a percentage).
• The fact that his ultimate passive is lost when the active is on cooldown.

The latter is by far the most important, but the first two would be great quality-of-life improvements.
