Now garen needs another buff, again!

Years of post juggernaut uselessness. Can even use his E to clear minions (Just ask Riste)

So he gets a mini rework/buff after YEARS of neglect.

Becomes meaningful again.

So naturally less than a week's passed. People cried. So he gets nerfed. You know, because he isn't Lee sin or Yasuo or Riven.

Gets nerfed again yet further.

Gets another indirect nerf (because old conq true damage was removed preseason) and RIOT never plan ahead obviously not factoring this into his previous nerfs.

He's now pretty much back to his post juggernaught state only with less resistances and has to wait at least 10 minutes into lane phase for his E to even be relevant.

Oh and because current conq is the only viable tree for him because of the Attack Speed rune and that conq doesn't proc off minions once again after the E nerfs he can't clear minion waves. Again..........

Meanwhile Morde goes untouched and is so oppressive junglers can't gank him post 6 and several other tips remain infinitely more oppressive than Garen could ever dream of being.

And to think there was a time pre juggernaut when Garen sat next to Renekton as the barometer for lane equaliser. You'd win the lane but fall off hard after.

Now Garen can't even win the lane and is now squishier late too. Renekton meanwhile bullies the lane and scales late..........

Two steps forwards.....two steps back.
