When do you get Barrier over Heal? The answer is when you want to prioritize your own survival and not get as punished by Grievous Wounds such as from Ignite. The problem is that Barrier's duration is so short that it doesn't even work as a counter to Ignite vs the Zed, Fizz, Akalis of the world. Even if you time Barrier perfectly, Ignite gets an additional tick past its duration.
Ahris1 votesBarrier isnt countered by ignite. So in some cases it is barrier. It is better to get barrier instead of heal against zed as his damage during shield wont go through to his marks damage i think.
