I guess gold is pretty good.
I just got done failing my last promo game. I have to say after being a part of this experience for the first time, getting out of bronze/silver solo queue (lower 48%) must be pretty hard. Some have said that solo queue isn't an accurate representation of a player skill because of so many variables involved. The high ELO people would probably disagree. Those that are closer to the source of the problem might agree more.
I thought out of 6 divisions being in the bottom 3 wasn't any better than being fourth place in anything else. I am new to ranked but I am starting to see that it isn't important to most people. They kind of treat it like normals at this level. "Imma pick who I want whether it's good for the team or not. We don't have a tank and I'm last pick. I'll play Soraka. Lock in."
It's just my opinion. People are a mixed bag in this community.
In 2014 LOL Riot Post:
Over 67 million players battle it out in League every month
More than 27 million people play at least one game of League every day
Over 7.5 million players simultaneously play League during daily peak hours
If 10% are trolls or people who just don't give a shit: That's about 700,000 (I'll be generous) Thats scary!
Riot says only 1% percent of the community is toxic. IS THAT ALMOST 75,000 PURE ASSHOLES RUNNING RAMPANT!?!?!?!?!?!
No less than 75,000 games are ruined on a daily basis! How do we ever get a good game?
I'm going to stop being so hard on myself (and others). I bet this was a real fun game before all the bullshit.
