thoughts about control wards and stealth?

So apparently Control ward does the following in regards to invisibility:

does NOT reveal:

Can someone explain to me where it makes sense to make control wards when they literally only reveal 3 champions out of 10 who can go invisible? even then these guys can be stopped as they can be countered with stuns in the middle of dashes (Rengar) or are immobile enough that revealing them makes them INCREDIBLY weak (Eve and Twitch)

I mean Control wards don't really control the situation at all since the other 7 are more popular choices to begin with.

First 3. Long term, out of combat stealth that pops when in combat anyway.

The rest? Changed due to their invisibility being in combat, and one of their main defensive options. Being countered by a 100g purchase was terrible.

Teemo has the both of best worlds because he cannot move during his stealth, unless already in a bush. And even then it is limited.

Here's the thing tho, both Twitch and Evelyn have their stealth delayed by another second as they take damage, as for Rengar.... I'm not sure it's delayed.

Wiki says after 2 seconds, so maybe not. Eve's is broken, not delayed(unless you count resetting the cooldown as delaying it), and Twitch is delayed by a second, true.

But their stealth is more for evading spotting via wards and other, non-true sight things then for in combat. If it didn't reveal Eve, she would go from sub-par(because she is an assassin with 2 skills that give dps boosts, and one for burst, with a diver ult) to OP, due to not being able to reveal her unless top tier deep wards orif she is already close enough to kill you.
