Eyeball Collection .....?

I guess I didn't notice when this changed.... back in 9.7 apparently, .. but why is Eyeball Collection still even called Eyeball Collection when it really has nothing to do with vision???

I get it, "humans have two eyes" Har Har Har, ... that isn't even true for some champions, they don't give less or extra eyes.

This rune needs to have it's vision factor returned, or the name should be changed.

I'm actually really annoyed that I've been focusing on vision so much over the last season and I was just assuming that I've been getting bonus stats from it lol smdh.
