[Gameplay] Disabling New Champs or Reworked Champs from Ranked

It would be great to not have a BROKEN, OP, or WEAK reworked or newly released champs in Ranked. I am not saying they should or could never be played in Ranked, BUT to be disabled until they are either nerfed, buffed, or for the most part bug free.

OP or weak, or in the case of Azir breaking the the tower AI.OP- anyone new to champ can destroy their rivals even those who are playing a player using their main.WEAK- even a very good player noticing how underwhelming the champ is and virtually not useful unless you have very specific criteria that needs to be met

I'm not liking how i can run into a champion that seems very OP in the sense that they can out trade you even when you kite or bait them well, even when you hug turret and they take turret shots like it was nothing, or you overall play smarter yet you are the one being punished when an opponent using a new or recently reworked champ is not as careful as you are and still somehow beating you in a trade when they were being kited, baited, or failing at tower dive but they are so OP or broken they somehow still kill you. Playing unsafe and being caught out of position should have you be punished, not let you be rewarded with a double or triple kill before you die.

Or if they are too "weak", they should not be in Ranked to allow Riot to buff said character so as to not be much of a burden (Tahm is the only real example of a relatively weak launch, while most other champs release OP since i think it is done on purpose to prevent people complaining about refunds).

Or to avoid the whole Azir thing XD. Or a few Bard issues where turrets were not able to be attacked by enemy champs (but minions were still able to damage them?). Good times... well not really, they were frustrating when i would play Ranked^_^ (but funny in Normal since, well, it is Normal not Ranked).

Maybe they need Ranked to find said issues by getting feedback especially from those in higher elos, BUT man it is not cool fighting new champs in Ranked.
