Nasus officially made me quit and uninstall the game

He. is. not. fun. to. play. against. at. all. Took every fucking advice I could. I played a ranged Kai'sa into him to try and "kite" him with my e. I bought swifties, took exhaust, and played the lane in my favor early. I killed him, and tried to push my lead. but: NONE OF IT MATTERED I got CHASED AROUND TOWER and killed. I got OUTPUSHED/DAMAGED AND RESET BY HIS E Harass is useless Kiting is useless Freezing is useless Ganking is virtually useless Roaming is useless All i could do was relinquish lane.
I want to fucking feel as if it's a fair fight, as if the champion i'm against just doesn't auto fucking win. After all these direct and indirect buffs to this motherfucker, any old advice seems invalid and unviable to use against him. I'm going to go play a fun and more rewarding game, not one that makes me feel as if i have no actual agency in the lane. I want to be able to feel like i can win through playing, skill, and such. Nasus doesn't feel like that. League doesn't feel like that anymore. It is now a one shot fest of runes making up for everyone's counter and weaknesses. Yeah, I know he's shit in team fights and competitive higher elos and whatever, but as a casual player that isn't fucking faker he's not fucking fun AT ALL.

This one champ is a perfect example of what makes league not fun anymore. No one likes a stat check. Even if there are, in the past it felt as if you could outplay them and have a chance. Not anymore. For me, Nasus is the physical representation of that. Goodbye league. You were fun, a long time ago. I played kai'sa to see if kiting him really works. It didn't.

I mean, Nasus is not a broken champ by any means. Picking Kai into him was your first mistake tbh. If you’re going to pick an adc just go vayne and pin him to a wall and destroy him. Better than that though just play one of his hard counters like panth with mana flow band. Q him into oblivion and easy lane.

As a retired Nasus main, I kind of know how you feel. I played Nasus before the VGU or heck back when he has a voice actor that passed away long time ago. I had a massive field day of farming in the lane all day uncontested. But as time passes by as the game shifts into E-sports oriented which is kind of surprising all the several nerfs that he got due to being unfun to play against and getting buffed here and there, the changes overall has not been kind to him especially the whole runes/mastery fiasco. I enjoyed Lifesteal quints on Nasus so much that I actually managed to retire alongside of there are a lot of glaring weakness that he has.

So you picked Kai'sa into a Nasus. First off, that's a mucho bad idea. Nasus is an ADC's WORST NIGHTMARE for a reason, he WILL wither you and negate most of the damage you dealt to him. Did your attack speed got reduced as well? Well, back in my day it used to be twice as much potent. My point is that picking an ADC champion against a Nasus is perhaps the worst thing you've ever did and now that you acknowledge that mistake, I can tell you a couple of his weakness: His W and E cost mana. Almost 4 times as much as his Q. Not to mention he has to spend 100 mana to use his ultimate and maintain his 20 mana upkeep to maintain his mana. Pick a champion that are able to take advantage of his scarcity as a really good Nasus can determine lane control.

Secondly, it is true that he is vulurnerable to kiting. HOWEVER, it is IMPORTANT to know that he can only wither ONE TARGET. His Q, does shit ton of damage but let's be honest so can any other champion if used right. His E, being his only PROPER teamfight utility reducing armor anyone stupid enough to stand in. Caution must be taken against this when there is an enemy MF especially when fed. The main problem with Nasus is that in teamfights, no matter how much Nasus can be fed: There is NO WAY that he can reach your carries as the frontline him being the only threat. So the only thing you CAN do is to out utilize the Nasus by CC, kite, get your support to get item 3222 if Wither is that threatening, get your Janna to ult, Thresh to hook and/or flay him away, Alistar headbutts him away, you get the picture as your ADC which advising Vayne Kaisa (which should be in bot lane, not AGAINST Nasus).

If you want to excel against a Nasus, I suggest you pick someone who is and can be more potentially useful than him. Vladimir is VERY STRONG right now. Fiora does true damage with a very high skill cap. Chogath if you wanna fight fire with fire since he now stacks health. Darius is conventionally strong right now and can out utilize the Nasus later. Malphite has a better teamfight engagement than Nasus. Gnar can be hell of a kiter despite being withered. Irelia is a hypercarry and Nasus is a joke compared to her. EVEN Teemo is more useful than Nasus aside of being able to beat the shit out of him.

If you are quitting because of the ONE CHAMPION, I cannot fathom how you managed to play this game. Nasus has been around for a very VERY long time. The rune/mastery changes has quite left him a very low tiered spot. If you think Nasus is unfun to play against, you probably are not going to have a fun time with Irelia. Because there are champions that are a LOT worse than him (Relative to being not fun to play against). The other option is not go top lane at all if you hate him so much.

So TL;DR git gud and read, stop going top if Nasus give you that much of a hard time because there are champions way worse than him. If you are actually quitting because of an old champion that has been around for a long time and is shit right now, then I wish you luck.

You really can't beat Nasus in a 1v1, that's the point of his kit. He's a split pusher. He's meant to stay in a lane and if he doesn't get collapsed on he will destroy that lane.

That's why he's good in low to mid elo because people actually know how to counter Nasus in higher elos. Its not hard. He'll lose most 2v1s if you have like 2 cc abilities.

Nasus should destroy kaisa after level 6 probably. His W is super good against anyone that relies on Attack Speed. Vayne gets away with it because she as an AA reset and can stun him. Kaisa E helps a little, but both your speed and AA speed are reduced by alot so it's definitely not enough. So yeah, kaisa not good. Try quinn, blinds are good and she can kick him away.

You still might lose the lane, but you can take the one thing from him that he desperately needs in teamfights later.

That is his tankiness - with your R.

I just fought a Nasus who stacked 400 stacks by 20 minutes in, and was 30 cs up.

My team (who admittedly were good, and fed themselves) blew him to bits every time I used my ultimate on him in teamfight phase anyway.

He has to have his bonus armor and MR to survive long enough to use his stacks over and over again late game.

Every time you take these things from him, he becomes a big piñata.

in other words....you can't seem to play the matchup. So naturally, Since you, The God Of League Of Legends. The best player on the rift. The amazing needer of healing the man, the myth the legend I NEED HEALING has failed to play the matchup..... Clearly, It must be overpowered and game breaking and Nasus obviously, OBVIOUSLY has to be deleted.
