Irelia's counter

So i tried to think about what i can do against irelia and here is how you can manage to play against here

-healing reduction, works well against her W and ulti -armor, her Q, AA and ulti are physical damage, if you manage to reduce the fight when she W you can tank a lot of damage -persistant slow. mega adhesive slow field don't have their effect reduced by tenacity - ulti isn't reduced by tenacity -knock ups aren't reduced by tenacity -her sustain requieres her to attack minions

but one thing that has no counterplay, is laning against an irelia that dashes to creeps resets her Q and stuns you because you have the same % of hp. I don't understand why having the same hp as here gives her a stun wtf? i should take damage by the tower to avoid her stun?
