He's fine, W/E range buff would break him into LCS BAN #1 for siege. If you're not good at ranged skillshots, play another champion.
His E range feels fine already. His W maybe could gain an extra 50 units or so, but really not too much.
dont buff his ranges either, make his heal a little better and make his e a bit easier to hit
