So which laner clears raptors and buff faster than your afk farming useless jungler can run to smite it? Been having some success with Mord but he loses a shit ton of exp despite having fast clears.
Off the top of my head I'd have to give you karthus, but there's probably math for that on reddit somewhere.

I do it with Renekton really fast after Tiamat and a few damage items
Talon is good at stealing away raptor camps.
Any champs with good AOE like Kai'Sa, Anivia, Karthus, Talon etc.
