I just discovered you CAN manually cast Flash.
As most people know, Flash came out weird in relation to every other spell in the game when we started playing (prior to learning to smart cast spells), because unlike the rest of the spells (save for special cases like Cass' Q) it can only be smartcasted, no matter if smarcast is enabled or not.
The other day I was fooling around and discovered you can actually cast it like a normal spell, but you need to manually click on the spell's portrait to bring up the cast range, so...What's up with that?
