What champ are you playing against him? Kayle can counter him, Annie can counter him, what's the problem??

Ok thats not fair, KAyle counters everyone. Problem is dealing with yasuo in general. Once he gets 1 kill he snowballs out of control. He's like riven.

I've never felt like that, although he is especially good at clearing lanes and outfarming by farming some jungle at the same time, he is still short ranged and only if you just auto one shot for his shield, it is still easy to damage him and doesn't allow him to come closer to you.

I can tell you more about how to treat the yasuo. There are similar op champs if yasuo were considered to be op.

Kayle counters everyone? Rofl...

cuz Kayle ult = extended item 3157 +ability to do stuff like attack and cast abilities while using it

Doesn't make her a counter to everyone. I laugh when someone picks Kayle mid lane against me because I don't play assassins.

Kayle doesn't counter much to anyone..Garen can shit on her. A good Darius can kill her, Annie can kill her, Lissandra, Cho'gath, Anivia, Sion, Rammus, Twisted fate..Seriously, the list goes on. Anyone with a hard CC that prevents her from ulting at key times, or that simply does superb burst damage, is Kayles counter.

Dealing with Yasuo is easy (this is coming from myself, the guy who's played him on PBE and live server for a total of about 300 games). Here's the simple summary of how to easily beat him.

  1. Don't fight him when his shield is up. Always hit him with an auto-attack to drop it, then attack him. His ultimate gives him a full shield, so be aware that if he lands an ultimate, he's deceptively durable for a short duration.

  2. Experienced Yasuos will max E first because it allows them MUCH more mobility and sets up more opportunities to land free Qs on clumsy enemies. If he's dashing from minion to minion, just know he's going to eventually bound the wrong direction since the minions line up in a I I format. His dash is a set distance, so watching him cast it and knowing its end-point allows you to land hits pretty easily on him.

  3. Armor won't really save you that often against him. Flat health, AP, and spell-effects can ruin him. Simple answer to Yasuo? item 3116 Completely fucks him over. Great as your first item to fight him.

  4. Yasuo doesn't snowball. He doesn't have innate sustain/defense like Riven does through a low cooldown shield. His only feature of safety is his dash and windwall. Yasuo can be EASILY killed if he doesn't have objects to dash to -- So don't fight him near minions. Try to fight him AWAY from anything he can dash to. Baiting out his windwall with a less-important skillshot is a great way to make him vulnerable for about 22-16 seconds. Also, attack speed lowering gear like Randuins, or frozen heart, can counter him effectively as they indirectly raise his Q's cooldown. A early Wardens mail WILL and can make the lane much easier.

  5. Yasuo is squishy. Burst is his enemy, and his worst nightmare is an enemy team that can CC him to death. He is EXTREMELY easy to crush with just 3 spells of CC. That simple. Eliminate him before he can engage and he's done for.

  6. Dodging his knockup on Q is the best way to negate effectiveness for him. If he can't land his engaging tool, he's unable to fight usually. Just keep track of when it's castable, and avoid it.

And uh..There you go. 6 tips for fighting Yasuo.

P.S. What champion are you using against him? I could easily tell you what to do to beat him.

Beyond those examples anyone who can poke her down or who can simply survive while she ults to finish her afterwards counters her.

His ult recharges his shield? Wow, I never knew that. Thanks

He is super squishy, weak early game damage, and is stomped on if you start with getting zhonya's....

I asked why yasuo isn't op and you guys talk about kayle, this isn't about kayle.

I talked about Yasuo. Stop dodging the answers you've received to avoid us telling you something you're unwilling to accept.

I didn't ask how to fight him, i asked for an explanation to why he's balanced.

I just explained his balance. He has clear weaknesses, you just refuse to abuse those aspects for..some reason? you still haven't said what champion you're playing against him. If you're picking something he 100% counters, then you're probably just //rantposting about this stuff.
