Because ADC damage is crazy high. Teemo can blind but the moment blind wears off the ADC just goes back to one shotting everyone including teemo. You think its bad now just wait until the new rune system where AD's have INFINITE AD scaling and attack speed,

The infinite AD scaling is based on time, and only goes up by a little bit every 10 minutes. There are other forms of AD scaling, but they are based on stacks and have a cap to what they can give you.

You make it sound like every ADC is about to become a ranged Nasus.

Lol I think Grasp of the undying would be really strong because they gain small maximum hp upon damaging a foe each 4 seconds.

Grasp is nice, but look at Overgrowth. Every 8 enemy minions that die near you increase your max health by 0.2%, and it can be taken as a minor rune with some other tree's keystone.
