Why don't we just make every ability in the game do percent true damage

It facilitates a lot of counter play in item building and creates a pretty fresh and interesting meta.

Just delete tanks altogether and make everyone a ninja-assassin420noscopezedleblanc type guy... that way instead of League of Legends it's League of True Skill™ (you can buy that one from me Riot np)

How many times do you see Syndra played in your ranked games? Good. Now take that number and add 2% and that's how much she'll still be played after the buffs.
